I love it when the studios put some effort in with the film posters. It really is a lost art, especially in an age of horrible photo manipulation and an era when it's unheard of to actually get the costly principle cast members together in one location to pose for some publicity shots.
Which is why... I was very pleased to see that the promo poster for 'Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy' (great trailer here) is not only striking but also relevant to the film's complex dealings with codes and espionage, brilliantly rendering leading star Gary Oldman's face out of random numbers and phrases:
