Adele to provide theme tune for Bond film 'Skyfall'

'Rolling in the Deep' songstress Adele has been confirmed as the artist who will be providing the opening credits song for upcoming James Bond film 'Skyfall'.

The 'Someone Like You' singer has also written the tune which is imaginatively titled 'Skyfall'.

The previous title track was by Jack White and Alicia Keys who decided that there weren't that many ways of rhyming 'Quantum of Solace', instead opting to call their track 'Another Way to Die'.

'Skyfall' the song will mark Adele's first release since her chart-topping '21' album which has been a smash in the UK and the States, making her hot property for MGM.

Paul McCartney and Wings' Oscar nominated 'Live and Let Die' was recently voted the greatest Bond track of all time.

With Daniel Craig returning as agent 007 and co-starring Judi Dench, Javier Bardem, Ralph Fiennes, Naomie Harris, Ben Whishaw and Albert Finney, 'Skyfall' arrives in the UK on 26 October 2012. Check out the trailer HERE.
