'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' nominated for eight 2011 MTV Movie Awards

The third film in the hugely successful 'Twilight' film series has amassed the most nominations at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards.

'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' is in the running for Best Movie, Best Female Performance, Best Villain, Best Jaw-Dropping Moment, Best Fight and Best Kiss while co-stars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner are head to head in the Best Male Performance category.

Critical favourites 'Inception', 'Black Swan' and 'The Social Network' also have multiple nominations.

Best Line from a Movie represents the latest category in the ceremony, which will be hosted by 'Saturday Night Live' star Jason Sudeikis and will air live on Sunday, June 5, from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California.
